SNP Character Face Squirrel Aqua Face Art Mask Review

SNP Character Face Squirrel Aqua Face Art Mask Review

Hey Dreamers and Creators!

Happy Mask Monday! Today, I'm going to review the SNP Character Face Squirrel Aqua Face Art Mask. This is the third and final mask in SNP's Face Art Mask line. The other two are Cat Wrinkle and Rabbit Whitening.

SNP is known for their masks with cute designs, such as their animal masks. I found these Face Art masks a while ago and thought they were so cute. The Face Art masks are fairly new and was released just a couple of months ago. I purchased the masks spontaneously because of the designs and I don't regret a thing. Anyways, let's get to know these SNP Character Face Squirrel Aqua Face Art Masks.

Packaging: Like the other 2 masks in its line, the Squirrel Aqua's packaging is super cute. The front of the mask pack has the face art mask design as well as the product's name and a short description (all in English). The back of the mask comes with directions and ingredients both in Korean and English. It also has descriptions about the product as well, but the description is only in Korean. When you open the mask pouch you'll find the mask folded as above.

Scent: By looking at the ingredients it seems that fragrance is added to the mask. It's got a fruity floral scent. Smells nice and not overwhelming.

Color: The color of the essence is clear while the sheet mask is white with the face art design printed on it. See pictures below.

Texture: Like other masks in its line, the Squirrel Aqua mask can feel a bit tough to the touch. Once it starts to dry, it can feel a bit tight as well.

My Thoughts: This is a fun mask to use with friends and family because you can make funny faces and then try not to laugh so you don't move the masks. Or laugh and then readjust the masks, that's what my mom and I did. My mom and I both tried this at the same time while we were visiting Vancouver. It was a gloomy night and it was raining. Our skin was in desperate need of additional moisture, so we put on this mask and made funny faces while watching TV. It was fun and great bonding moments.

Anyways, the mask did hydrate my skin, which was nice. A surprise find from this mask was that it brightened my skin as well. However, it seems like a trend because all the masks from this line has some skin brightening effects. The mask does have fragrance and it smells fruity floral to me. It can start off a bit strong but lightens over time. Unfortunately, the fit of the mask wasn't that great for me. As you can see in the pictures above, I ended up making slits around the nose and folds near the chin to help it fit better.

Pros:
-brightens
-hydrates
-fairly inexpensive
-cute design

Cons:
-fragrance might not be suitable for everyone
-one size, might not fit everyone

Michelle's Rating: ❤ ❤ ❤

Final Thoughts: I wish the mask works as beautifully as its design looks. Unfortunately it lacks a bit which caused it to lose a heart for the ratings. The mask didn't fit that great and the fragrance might not be suitable for everyone as it does start off a bit strong. However, the mask did hydrate my skin nicely. It's fairly inexpensive and brightened my skin as a bonus. I really like the adorable designs as well, which was really the whole reason for getting this mask.

Would I repurchase it in the future? Undecided. Its cute designs might draw me back. However, there are many masks in the market that I want to try first. Do I think this is worth a try? Yes, if you like masks with cute designs. If you like masks with adorable designs and some skincare benefits, then this is worth a try. It is super cute in my opinion and great to use with family and friends.

Until next time!

~Michelle
