Today, I'm going to be talking about eye patches. Mainly these Ruby & Bulgarian Rose Hydro Gel Eye Patches from Koelf. If you recall, I reviewed Petitfee's eye patches in the past. The ones I tried left me with mixed feelings. However, I didn't give up. If anything, it fueled my search to find other eye patches that will leave me and my under-eyes happy. I've since then found a couple of eye patches that I will try and review in the future. For today though, I want to share my thoughts on these Koelf Ruby & Bulgarian Rose eye patches.
